A podcast I make with Paul-Louis Etienney, another doctoral student at the CNRS. Each episode puts one researcher under the lens: the path that brought them into science, and what the work actually consists of, day to day, in our physics and chemistry laboratory.
Physics is normally told through its results. Most of what a research life is made of happens earlier and elsewhere — in the choice of what to work on, in the detours, in the instruments and the people around them. That is the part Le Micro-Scope is about.
Episodes are in French, and run about a quarter of an hour.
